The Cubi and the Vargr series take place in the same world. They can be read individually, but they cross over, so reading them in order would make it easier to follow characters, happenings, worldbuilding, and common themes.
The Cubi is high heat, The Vargr is low to no heat. More series are coming in the World of Vidundr (norse, meaning Wonder/Splendor).
